The Malta Business Register (MBR) does not issue a certificate of registered office.
Where the registered office appears
Most certificates issued by the MBR include the company’s registered office. The registered office is part of the company’s registration details, so it appears on the certificates that record them.
Which certificate to choose
If you need a certificate that shows the registered office, the Incumbency Certificate is usually the best choice. It confirms that the company is still registered and lists its shareholders, directors and company secretary, together with its registration details. It also includes the company’s registered office.
How to order
You can order the Incumbency Certificate online. It costs €75, excluding VAT. Certification or an Apostille can be added for each certificate.
